1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
To ensure we offer the most innovative gadgets at competitive prices, our products are dispatched from specialized international distribution centers.

Peak Seasons: During high-demand periods or holidays, delivery may take up to 20 business days.
Please note that these are estimates. While we strive for speed, external factors such as weather or postal delays are outside our direct control.
3. Order Tracking
Transparency is key when it comes to your tech. Once your smart glasses have been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email. You will be able to monitor your package's journey from our warehouse to your home.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
InfinityGadgets is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Since our products ship from international hubs, please check your local regulations regarding electronic imports.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
InfinityGadgets is not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the shipping address provided by the customer. Please double-check your details at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any additional reshipping fees.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at infinitygaadgets@gmail.com so we can open an investigation with the carrier and resolve the issue for you.
